Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Customers who make purchases through shop.robo-kala.com are eligible for a return and refund service for any reasons within 30 days from the day after receiving the product(applicable to US customers only), and the return shipping fee will be covered by Robo & Kala.

However, there are some important things to keep in mind when returning the product purchased from Robo & Kala:

1. The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase at the time of return. The returned product must maintain its original quality and function, with intact appearance and complete trademarks and logos of the product and its accessories. Any gifts included with the product must also be returned. Returns will not be processed if the product is damaged due to customer mishandling if the packing box is missing, or if any spare parts are missing.

  1. Robo & Kala will initiate the refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The actual arrival date of the refund may be subject to factors such as banks and payment institutions.
  1. If the product experiences quality-related (not man-made) product issues within 30 days from the day after the customer signs for the product, after the product undergoes inspection and confirmation by our warehouse, we will process the return for the customer. Please note that a valid proof of purchase must be presented by the customer at the time of return, and any gifts included with the product must also be returned.

How To Return a Product

  1. Please contact us at service@robo-kala.com to receive return instructions, and must include the order number and reason for return in your email.
  2. Pack the Product securely in the original package, if possible.
  3. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx for your return.

Return Policy

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

We provide a 12-month warranty service for global customers for both the laptop and the electronic accessories (Please note that the Laptop sleeve is not covered under warranty).

Warranty Claiming Process:

  1. The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase and product problem description proof to email: service@robo-kala.com.
  2. Robo & Kala will provide feedback on the issue within 2 working days.
  3. Warranty service is void if the wrong item is returned to Robo&Kala.

Valid proof of purchase:

  1. Order number of online purchases made through shop.robo-kala.com
  2. Screenshot of order purchase, including purchase date and detailed product

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Lost or stolen products
  3.  Items that have expired their warranty period
  4.  Non-quality-related issues
  5. Damage from outside sources
  6. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, operating devices improperly)
  7. Purchases from unauthorized resellers
